<p>Same boat. Rejected everywhere except my UC safeties (Berkeley and UCLA) and Cornell, which I applied to for the sake of doing so, just because I had applied to every other Ivy. I am so angry right now. A Valedictorian with a 2340 at Cornell. Ugh. And UCs don’t even care about class rank, so it feels like my efforts were wasted completely.</p>

It can be really disheartening to get rejected from every college too, but it doesn’t have to define you as a person and what kind of career path you would like to take! First of all, if you’re reading this and you have not already been rejected from every college you applied to, stop. It is very unlikely that this will happen to you. If you’ve already sent in all of your college applications and are waiting to hear back, then you’re just stressing yourself out for nothing.
